Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 7 months to less than 1 year

Candidate Status:

Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada

Responsibilities:

The candidates should be able to administer bedside and personal care, as well as medications
The candidates should be able to assist clients with bathing and other aspects of personal hygiene, including regular exercise, e.g., walking
The candidates should be able to feed or assist in feeding clients while providing personal care
The candidates should be able to launder clothing and household linens, mend clothing and linens, and prepare nutritious meals
The candidates should be able to plan therapeutic diets and menus and cook as required
