Requirements:
Languages:Â Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education:Â Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience although having experience is an asset
Security and safety: Reference required
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should be focused on clients, dependable, and organized
- The candidates should be reliable, have patience, and be honest
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
- If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to administer bedside and personal care, administer medications, and assist clients with bathing and other aspects of personal hygiene
- The candidates should be able to assist in regular exercise, e.g., walk, launder clothing and household linens, and perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties
- The candidates should be able to provide companionship, provide personal care, and shop for food and household supplies
- The candidates should be able to prepare and serve nutritious meals
