Salary: $21.00 to $25.00 hourly (To be negotiated) for 30 to 40 hours per week
Employment Type: Permanent employment Full time
Location: Surrey, BC
Shifts: Evening, Morning

Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience, training will be provided

Physical Requirements:

• The candidates should be able to alternate between sitting, standing, and walking while performing physically demanding work
• The candidates should be able to perform repetitive tasks, sit for extended periods, and walk for extended periods
• The candidates should be able to handle weight, specifically up to 9 kg (20 lbs)

Other Requirements:

• The candidates should be punctual, reliable, and client-focused while demonstrating efficient interpersonal skills
• The candidates should have excellent oral communication skills and be team players with patience and honesty

Candidate Status:

• Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
• Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
• If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position

Responsibilities:

• The candidates should be able to administer medications, assist clients with bathing and other aspects of personal hygiene, and provide personal care
• The candidates should be able to assist in regular exercise, perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties, and provide companionship
• The candidates should be able to prepare and serve nutritious meals and cook
