Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 2 years
Security and safety: Reference required
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be non-smoking
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should be punctual and arrive on time for work, prioritize client satisfaction and focus on meeting their needs, and be dependable, fulfilling their responsibilities consistently
- The candidates should possess efficient interpersonal skills for effective communication and excel in oral communication, articulating ideas clearly, while being flexible and adapting to changing circumstances
- The candidates should take initiative and contribute positively to team goals, demonstrate good judgment in decision-making, and be organized in managing tasks and responsibilities
- The candidates should be reliable and accountable for their actions and work well as part of a team
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
- If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to care for pets, administer medications, and assist clients with bathing and other aspects of personal hygiene
- The candidates should be able to assist in regular exercise, e.g., walk, assume full responsibility for the household in the absence of the householder, and launder clothing and household linens
- The candidates should be able to mend clothing and linens, perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties, and provide companionship
- The candidates should be able to provide personal care, shop for food and household supplies, and prepare and serve nutritious meals
