Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language

Experience: Candidates should have Hotel Operations or Administration experience
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be able to work independently and remain flexible with changing priorities
- The candidates should be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays and stand or sit for long periods of time
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should have an understanding of SMS or reservations systems and possess good organizational and time management skills
- The candidates should have strong computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office Suite and apply logic to complex problems
- The candidates should be a team player with strong communication skills and the ability to maintain composure in a fast-paced environment and strong financial and business acumen
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to communicate effectively and positively with guests, co-workers, and other departments and promote teamwork amongst Rental Owner Services and all other Resort divisions
- The candidates should be able to understand rental management agreements and the rental program, and effectively communicate the intricacies of both to the owners and sell the merits of the rental program and communicate with various departments, including real estate sales offices
- The candidates should be able to input owner reservations into the SMS Reservations system, including personal use reservations, friends and family reservations, Resort 2 Resort reservations, season passes, and guest activities and maintain complete Owner files with historical housekeeping and maintenance data while ensuring compliance with Panorama’s privacy policy and procedures
- The candidates should be able to update and revise rental agreements and prepare monthly rental pool homeowner billing, respecting accounting cycles and deadlines and collect payments via POS from homeowners
- The candidates should be able to provide after-hours support to Rental Pool Owners and the Lodging Director during weekends and vacation periods and ensure Owner units are ready for arrival by coordinating with housekeeping and maintenance
- The candidates should be able to arrange for any special Owner amenities prior to arrival and respond to all Owner comments and inquiries, and follow up on issues in a timely manner and conduct yearly Room Quality Audits of each unit in the rental pool and establish with Owners the need to renovate and standardize units to meet guest expectations and prepare the Homeowner newsletter
- The candidates should be able to assist in organizing, coordinating, and attending Owner events, activities, and meetings and connect with Owners during their stay to ensure everything is satisfactory and develop a strategy aimed at nurturing long-term relationships with Homeowners at Panorama Mountain Resort and develop action plans and follow up on owner experiences and feedback
- The candidates should be able to ensure inspections of units are completed to ensure the completion of work and consistency of lodging standards for cleanliness and quality of furnishings and attend meetings as required and share pertinent information to keep them current on all owner relations activities
- The candidates should be able to establish and work to develop a strong Owner Advantage Program, including events, activities, and value-added advantages that create strong owner loyalty, and solicit feedback from owners about the OAP and accountable for aspects of budgeting and business planning in relation to Rental Owner Services
