Salary: $55,000 to $60,000 annually (to be negotiated) 40 hours per week
Employment Type: Permanent employment Full time
Location: Deer Lake, NL
Shifts: Flexible Hours
Transportation information: Travel expenses paid by employer, Valid driver’s licence, Willing to travel regularly, Own vehicle
Work setting: On-site customer service

Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as college, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 3 years to less than 5 years
Computer and technology knowledge: Presentation software, Word processing software, Electronic mail, Spreadsheet
Sales experience: Hotel and convention services, Office/business equipment, Trade shows, Food and beverages, Telecommunications

Physical Requirements:

  • The candidates should be able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • The candidates should be able to work with attention to detail
  • The candidates should be able to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods

Other Requirements:

  • The candidate should be client focus, organized, initiative, and flexible
  • The candidates should have excellent oral communication, excellent written communication, efficient interpersonal skills, and be able to work as a team player

Candidate Status:

  • Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
  • Candidate must have legal authorized (Work Permit) to work in Canada
  • If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to prepare or oversee preparation of sales or other contracts, conduct sales transactions, supervise activities of other sales representatives
  • The candidates should be able to estimate or quote prices, credit or contract terms, warranties and delivery dates, identify and solicit potential clients
  • The candidates should be able to consult with clients after sale or signed contracts
  • The candidates should be able to review and adapt information regarding product innovations, competitors and market conditions
  • The candidates should be able to provide clients with presentations on the benefits and uses of goods or services
  • The candidates should be able to advertise and/or promote products, sales or services
  • The candidates should be able to provide customer service
