Salary: $20.00 hourly for 30 to 40 hours per week
Employment Type: Permanent employment Full time
Location: Revelstoke, BC
Shifts: Day, Evening, Weekend, Morning
Supervision: 5-10 people

Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 2 years to less than 3 years

Physical Requirements:

  • The candidates should be in a fast-paced environment
  • The candidates should have attention to detail

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to plan and co-ordinate activities of housekeeping supervisors and crews and co-ordinate inspection of assigned areas
  • The candidates should be able to supervise staff, ensure that safety standards and departmental policies are met, and co-ordinate maintenance and repair services
  • The candidates should be able to conduct performance evaluations and appraisals, maintain inventory of supplies, equipment and uniforms, and supervise in-house laundry services
  • The candidates should be able to schedule and assign duties of housekeeping staff, ensure that local health and sanitation regulations are carried out, and respond to complaints of guests
