Requirements:
Languages:Â Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as college, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 2 to less than 3 years
Physical Requirements:

Other Requirements:
- The candidates should demonstrate client focus and possess efficient interpersonal skills

Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to develop and implement policies and procedures for daily operations, supervise staff to maintain productivity and efficiency, and perform front desk duties including greeting guests, handling inquiries, and managing reservations
- The candidates should be able to prepare budgets, monitor revenues and expenses, and address customers’ complaints or concerns promptly and effectively to maintain customer satisfaction
- The candidates should be able to assist clients/guests with special needs, providing appropriate support and accommodations for a positive experience
