Salary: $18.50 hourly for 32 to 40 hours per week
Employment Type: Permanent employment Full time
Location: 966 3e Rue, Chibougamau, QC G8P 1R6, Canada
Shifts: Day, Weekend, Overtime, Morning, 07:00 to 15:00
Transportation information: Valid driver’s licence

Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualification such as degree, certificate or diploma
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 3 years to less than 5 years
Computer and technology knowledge: Word processing software, Database software, Central reservation system (CRS), and Internet

Physical Requirements:

  • The candidates should be able to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs)

Other Requirements:

  • The candidate should focus on clients, be dependable, and demonstrate efficient interpersonal skills
  • The candidate should communicate excellently both orally and in writing and be organized
  • The candidate should be reliable, a team player, and resourceful

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to register arriving guests, assign rooms, and process group arrivals and departures
  • The candidates should be able to take, cancel, and change room reservations and provide information on hotel facilities and services
  • The candidates should be able to process guests’ departures, calculate charges, receive payments, and maintain an inventory of vacancies, reservations, and room assignments
  • The candidates should be able to perform clerical duties such as faxing, filing, and photocopying and answer telephone calls, relay messages, and contact customers for wake-up calls
  • The candidates should be able to provide customer service
