Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience, training will be provided

Physical Requirements:

The candidates should be able to work independently and work under pressure, handle repetitive tasks and physically demanding work
The candidates should be able to maintain attention to detail, perform tasks involving bending, crouching, kneeling, and manage a combination of sitting, standing, walking while lifting up to 9 kg (20 lbs)

Other Requirements:

The candidates should be able to demonstrate punctuality, client focus, and dependability, show efficient interpersonal skills and excellent oral communication
The candidates should be able to adapt with flexibility, initiative, and organized work habits, and uphold reliability, values and ethics, patience, and honesty

Candidate Status:

Canadian citizens and permanent or temporary foreign workers of Canada are eligible for this position

Responsibilities:

The candidates should be able to sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors, dust furniture, vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture, and make beds and change sheets
The candidates should be able to distribute clean towels and toiletries, stock linen closets, and clean, disinfect, and polish kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances
The candidates should be able to pick up debris, empty trash containers, launder and mend clothing and household linens, and perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties
The candidates should be able to shop for food and household supplies, and clean changing rooms and showers
