Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to clear and clean tables, trays, chairs, and sanitize kitchen surfaces, cupboards, storage areas, appliances, and equipment
- The candidates should be able to replenish condiments and other supplies at tables, serving areas, and stock refrigerators and salad bars
- The candidates should be able to keep records of the quantities of food used and receive, unpack, and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards, and other storage areas
- The candidates should be able to package take-out food, portion and wrap foods, and prepare, heat, and finish simple food items
- The candidates should be able to serve customers at counters or buffet tables and take customers’ orders
- The candidates should be able to clean and sanitize the kitchen, including work surfaces, cupboards, storage areas, appliances, and equipment
- The candidates should be able to stock refrigerators and salad bars, take customers’ orders, and remove kitchen garbage and trash
- The candidates should be able to receive, unpack, and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards, and other storage areas
- The candidates should be able to portion and wrap foods, sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors, and serve customers at counters or buffet tables
- The candidates should be able to clean and sanitize the kitchen, including work surfaces, cupboards, storage areas, appliances, and equipment, and remove kitchen garbage and trash
