Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates should have completion of Bachelor’s degree or better in Human Resources and Labour Relations
Experience: Candidates should have a minimum of 4 years of experience in HR roles, focusing on employee relations, recruitment, and HR administration

Other Requirements:

  • The candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • The candidates should have strong knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and HR best practices
  • The candidates should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders
  • The candidates should have problem-solving skills and the ability to handle sensitive HR issues with discretion and professionalism
  • The candidates should be proficient in HR software, HRIS, and Microsoft Office applications
  • The candidates should have strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries and issues for a larger client group, providing guidance and support on HR policies and procedures
  • The candidates should be able to actively support the business as a trusted resource for site employee relations trends and insights through a strong field presence and active listening skills
  • The candidates should be able to address employee relations matters, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions, in accordance with company policy and employment law and generate HR reports using global HR data to analyze HR metrics and support decision-making and continuous improvement
  • The candidates should be able to provide coaching and guidance to managers on performance-related issues and assist employees with benefits-related questions and ensure compliance with benefits programs
  • The candidates should be able to lead the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening candidates, conducting interviews, and extending job offers
  • The candidates should be able to provide insight and support to the site for all key HR processes, including Performance Management, Compensation, and Employee Engagement
  • The candidates should be able to contribute to the development, review, and implementation of HR policies and procedures and perform other duties as assigned by the Site HR Superintendent
