Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have considerable experience in the relevant field

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to update package information, validate delivery information using UPS systems, and scan premium service packages
- The candidates should be able to assist dispatch and update the package inventory systems as part of their responsibilities
- The candidates should be able to perform general administrative responsibilities, including preparing reports using various software packages, compiling information from various sources, and handling small-scale projects
- The candidates should be able to utilize heavy machinery to complete tasks, being trained to operate this equipment safely and effectively
- The candidates should be able to complete the package recovery process in the Hub, update package inventory, handle overgoods, DG processing, and any other work assigned
- The candidates should be able to complete the package and inventory recovery process in the Vancouver Hub Operations
- The candidates should be able to complete overgoods processing and documentation efficiently and accurately
- The candidates should be able to generate package recovery and overgoods processing reports for Hub Operations and Package Care
- The candidates should be able to process Dangerous Goods (DG) package recovery following safety protocols and regulations
- The candidates should be able to take action to learn all product and service offerings to better assist customers
- The candidates should be able to operate all office equipment, software, and devices proficiently
- The candidates should be able to maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment in accordance with company standards and regulations
