Salary: $30.00 to $32.00 hourly (To be negotiated) / 30 to 40 hours per week
Employment Type: Permanent employment Full time
Location: Unit-120, 3730 104 Avenue NE Calgary, AB T3N 0T1
Shifts: Day, Evening, Weekend, Morning
Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 7 months to less than 1 year
Computer and technology knowledge: MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and MS Windows
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and be able to work under pressure, meeting tight deadlines
- The candidates should be able to sit for extended periods as required by the job, demonstrating a high level of attention to detail in their work
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should be accurate in their work, delivering precise results, and be dependable and reliable in fulfilling their job responsibilities
- The candidates should possess efficient interpersonal skills for effective communication within the team, demonstrating excellent oral and written communication skills

Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to process classification, staffing, and other personnel documents, and manage the personnel information database
- The candidates should be able to store, update, and retrieve personnel-related data, maintain registration systems, records, and files, and prepare staff relations information
- The candidates should be able to provide basic information to clients and the public, arrange for in-house and external staff training, and respond to inquiries regarding personnel matters
- The candidates should be able to arrange for advertising and posting of job vacancies, screen job applicants, administer and score employment tests, conduct reference checks, and prepare reports
