Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Bachelor’s degree
Experience: Candidates need experience of 1 year to less than 2 years

Physical Requirements:

  • The candidate should be able to work under pressure, in fast-paced environment, maintain tight deadlines, pay attention to detail and also for large workload

Other Requirements:

  • The candidate should be able to work with being focused on the client and also in an organized way
  • The candidate should be someone who can judge, reliable and also a team player
  • The candidate should have efficient interpersonal skills, an excellent oral and written communication and also values and ethics
  • The candidate should have specialization on human resources


  • The candidate should be able to negotiate collective agreements on behalf of employers or workers, co-ordinate employee performance and appraisal programs, research employee benefits and health and safety practices and recommend changes and also hire, train and supervise staff
  • The candidate should be able to plan, develop, implement and evaluate human resources policies and programs, advise managers and employees on the interpretation of human resources policies, benefit programs and collective agreements and also administer benefit employment equity and other human resources programs
  • The candidate should be able to mediate labour disputes and grievances and also research and prepare occupational classifications, job descriptions and salary scales
