Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as bachelor’s degree
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 2 to less than 3 years’
Computer and technology knowledge: Electronic scheduler, Electronic mail, MS Excel, MS Word, Internet
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be able to work with attention to detail
Other Requirements:
- The candidate should be accurate, and organized
- The candidates should have efficient interpersonal skills
Candidate Status:
- Canadian citizen and permanent or temporary foreign workers of Canada are eligible for this position.

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to identify current and prospective staffing requirements
- The candidates should be able to prepare and post notices and advertisements
- The candidates should be able to collect and screen applicants, review candidate inventories
- The candidates should be able to advise job applicants on employment requirements and terms and conditions of employment
- The candidates should be able to contact potential applicants to arrange interviews, notify applicants of results of selection process and prepare job offers
- The candidates should be able to advise managers and employees on staffing policies and procedures
- The candidates should be able to determine eligibility to entitlements and arrange staff training
