Requirements:
Languages:Â Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as College/CEGEP or equivalent experience in human resources management/personnel administration, general
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 2 to less than 3 years
Candidate Status:
- Canadian citizens and permanent or temporary foreign workers of Canada are eligible for this position
- International Candidates who don’t have a valid Canadian work permit also can apply
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to identify current and prospective staffing requirements and provide information or services such as employee assistance and counseling
- The candidates should be able to prepare and post notices and advertisements, collect and screen applicants, and advise job applicants on employment requirements and terms
- The candidates should be able to contact potential applicants, recruit graduates, and coordinate and participate in selection boards
- The candidates should be able to notify applicants of results, prepare job offers, and advise managers and employees on staffing policies
- The candidates should be able to organize staff consultation and grievance procedures, determine eligibility for entitlements, and arrange staff training
- The candidates should be able to supervise personnel clerks performing filing, typing, and record-keeping duties and recruit and hire staff
