Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 2 years
Security and safety: Criminal record check

Physical Requirements:

  • The candidates should demonstrate attention to detail in their work

Other Requirements:

  • The candidates should prioritize client focus and possess efficient interpersonal skills
  • The candidates should exhibit excellent oral communication and demonstrate excellent written communication
  • The candidates should maintain an organized approach to their work

Candidate Status:

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to identify current and prospective staffing requirements, prepare and post notices and advertisements, and recruit graduates of colleges, universities, and other educational institutions
  • The candidates should be able to collect and screen applicants, review candidate inventories, and contact potential applicants to arrange interviews
  • The candidates should be able to advise job applicants on employment requirements and terms and conditions of employment, notify applicants of results of the selection process, and prepare job offers
  • The candidates should be able to co-ordinate and participate in selection and examination boards to evaluate candidates, advise managers and employees on staffing policies and procedures, and organize staff consultation and grievance procedures
  • The candidates should be able to negotiate settlements of appeals and disputes, co-ordinate the termination of the employment process, and determine eligibility for entitlements and arrange staff training
  • The candidates should be able to provide information or services such as employee assistance, counselling, and recognition programs, and recruit and hire staff
