Requirements:
Languages:Â Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 7 months to less than 1 year
Computer and technology knowledge: Electronic mail, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word

- The candidates should possess efficient interpersonal skills and exercise good judgment in decision-making

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to identify current and prospective staffing requirements and advise job applicants on employment requirements and terms and conditions of employment
- The candidates should be able to collect and screen applicants, contact potential applicants to arrange interviews, and notify applicants of results of the selection process and prepare job offers
- The candidates should be able to co-ordinate and participate in selection and examination boards to evaluate candidates and advise managers and employees on staffing policies and procedures
- The candidates should be able to determine eligibility for entitlements, arrange staff training, and provide information or services such as employee assistance, counselling, and recognition programs
