Salary: $28.00 hourly for 40 to 60 hours per week
Employment Type: Seasonal employment Full time
Location: Toad River, BC
Shifts: Day, Evening, Weekend, Early Morning, Morning
Transportation information: Valid driver’s licence
Requirements:
Languages:Â Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualification such as degree, certificate or diploma
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 7 months
Guide specialization: Hunting (firearms)
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be able to worhttp://www.uppercanadagrowers.ca/k in a fast-paced environment, work under pressure, and handle heavy loads
- The candidates should be able to perform physically demanding tasks with manual dexterity and a combination of sitting, standing, and walking
- The candidates should be able to stand for extended periods, walk, and perform tasks involving bending, crouching, and kneeling
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should be client-focused, possess efficient interpersonal skills, and have excellent oral communication
- The candidates should be flexible, take initiative, and exercise good judgment
- The candidates should be organized, reliable, and a team player
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to assemble camping gear and supplies and set up and take down camps
- The candidates should be able to operate and maintain firearms and advise on specific regulations such as hunting and fishing laws and boating regulations
- The candidates should be able to follow environmental guidelines, prevent violations, and plan trips
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
- If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position
