Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the French and English Language
Education: Candidates should have completion of a high school diploma
Experience: Candidates should have airline experience
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be available to attend and successfully pass a four-week, full-time, paid training program
- The candidates should have availability to work shifts and holidays, as the operation is 24/7 and possess solid decision-making abilities in high-pressure situations
- The candidates should be effective multi-taskers with strong interpersonal communication skills and be eligible to work in Canada
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should have strong attention to detail, with the ability to monitor flight attendants’ schedules and make necessary corrections
- The candidates should have good computer skills; experience with Amadeus or industry software
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to schedule flight attendants in accordance with the Canadian Union of Public Employees (CUPE) collective agreement
- The candidates should be able to analyze and quickly resolve any irregularities in the flight attendants’ schedules
- The candidates should be able to prepare and streamline the next day’s operation, interpret and adhere to the CUPE collective agreement
