Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualification such as degree, certificate or diploma
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 2 years
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should exhibit meticulous attention to detail, ensuring precision and accuracy in all aspects of their work, and be capable of bending, crouching, and kneeling as necessary to complete tasks effectively
- The candidates should be adaptable to a combination of sitting, standing, and walking throughout their workday, and demonstrate good hand-eye coordination, effectively coordinating movements to perform tasks accurately
- The candidates should be able to handle heavy loads safely and efficiently as required by the job, and possess manual dexterity, demonstrating skill and precision in tasks requiring hand manipulation
- The candidates should be willing to work overtime when necessary to meet project deadlines or business needs, and be prepared for physically demanding work, demonstrating stamina and endurance to meet job requirements
- The candidates should be able to perform repetitive tasks efficiently, maintaining focus and accuracy during repetitive job duties, and be comfortable standing for extended periods as required by the nature of the role

Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
- If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to clean the work area and check the proper thickness of plating using micrometers, calipers, or other devices
- The candidates should be able to clean and maintain equipment, and paint small items and apply touch-ups using paintbrushes
- The candidates should be able to prepare and apply stencils, decals, or other decorative items on finished products, and select appropriate paint or mix paints
- The candidates should be able to tend or operate equipment to prepare items for the application of protective or decorative coatings, and tend or operate equipment to spray or coat
