Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to assist personnel with the installation, configuration, upgrades, and ongoing usability of system hardware and software
- The candidates should be able to troubleshoot hardware and software issues in person, remotely, and via phone
- The candidates should be able to assist with the maintenance of an orderly and accurate parts inventory
