Station Touristique Massif du Sud provides an ideal setting for outdoor enthusiasts and nature lovers to immerse themselves in the beauty of the surrounding wilderness. Our diverse network of trails caters to different skill levels, allowing visitors to explore the scenic landscapes at their own pace. The candidates who will get selected for the vacancy will be required to start the work as soon as possible.

Salary: $15.25 to $20.00 hourly (to be negotiated) 10 to 25 hours per week
Employment Type: Seasonal employment Part time
Location: 1989 ruoute du Massif,Saint-Philémon, QC G0R 4A0
Shifts: Day, Weekend, On Call, Morning
Work setting: Ski centre/resort
Supervision: 1 to 2 people, 3-4 people, 5-10 people
Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the French Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as college/CEGEP
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 2 years’
Credentials: Canadian Association of Snowboard Instructors (CASI) Certification, Canadian Ski Instructors Alliance Certification
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be able to work in outdoors
Other Requirements:
- The candidate should be accurate, client focus, dependable, initiative, flexible, reliable, and judgmental
- The candidates should have excellent oral communication, interpersonal awareness, efficient interpersonal skills, and be able to work as a team player
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorized (Work Permit) to work in Canada
- If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to demonstrate and instruct athletic, fitness or sports activities and techniques
- The candidates should be able to lead groups and individuals in recreational or leisure programs
- The candidates should be able to understand principles of group dynamics
- The candidates should be able to ensure health and safety regulations are followed
