Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates should have completion of Post-secondary degree
Experience: Candidates should have 1 to 2+ years’ professional sales experience in the Insurance Industry

  • The candidates should have fluency in Cantonese and Mandarin possess business development and prospecting skills, with a goal-oriented attitude and a strong ambition
  • The candidates should demonstrate the ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships
  • The candidates should have a Life or A and S License (HLLQP/LLQP), or be willing to complete it before the start date
  • The candidates should have an existing network of referrals and approved centers of influence
  • The candidates should have excellent communication skills, excellent communication skills and digitally literate, proficient in using a variety of systems and tools
  • Industry designations such as CFP (Certified Financial Planner), CLU (Chartered Life Underwriter), and CHS (Certified Health Insurance Specialist)
  • The candidates should possess strong customer knowledge, adept at identifying and addressing customer and skilled in cross-selling
  • The candidates should excel in interpersonal relationship management, experience in life insurance and understand competitive markets
  • The candidates should have proven sales abilities, actively engage in sales activities and demonstrate perseverance and follow-through

  • The candidates should be able to regularly review individual business results and adjust activities as required to meet established targets
