Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates should have completion of Post-secondary degree
Experience: Candidates should have 1 to 2+ years’ professional sales experience in the Insurance Industry

  • The candidates should have a Life or A and S License (HLLQP or LLQP), or the willingness to complete one
  • The candidates should have an existing network of referrals and approved centers of influence
  • The candidates should preferably hold industry designations such as CFP (Certified Financial Planner), CLU (Chartered Life Underwriter) and CHS (Certified Health Insurance Specialist)
  • The candidates should have strong communication skills and understand competitive markets
  • The candidates should possess customer knowledge, understand customer and skilled in cross-selling
  • The candidates should have knowledge of life insurance products, experienced in sales activities and excel in interpersonal relationship management

  • The candidates should be able to connect with clients through discovery to better understand their life events and offer comprehensive insurance and financial advice that aligns with their current and changing
  • The candidates should be able to promote a client-first mindset in a digital environment by meeting clients when it is most convenient for them
  • The candidates should be able to develop and deepen client relationships using Salesforce and other compliant customer tools or electronic forms
  • The candidates should be able to contribute to and be accountable for their team’s sales success through achieving individual sales goals
  • The candidates should be able to increase their external networks by capitalizing on market opportunities and referrals from approved centers of influence
  • The candidates should be able to regularly review individual business results and adjust activities as required to meet established targets
