Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates should have completion of a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Engineering
Experience: Candidates should have minimum of five years of experience in the relevant field

Physical Requirements:

• The candidates should have proven ability to work well with a wide range of stakeholders and proven ability to create, communicate, and implement technical visions
• The candidates should have proven ability to find solutions to difficult and complex problems, managing multiple projects and assignments simultaneously
• The candidates should have demonstrated initiative and the ability to work effectively with minimal supervision
• The candidates should have the ability and inclination to keep technical skills up-to-date and relevant
• The candidates should have the ability to maintain the integrity and confidentiality of personal data

Other Requirements:

• The candidates should have an acceptable combination of equivalent experience and a recent and related experience, including three (3) years as a Salesforce Administrator
• The candidates should have at least two (2) years of experience as a Marketing Cloud Administrator and demonstrated experience with IT project implementation, including developing project schedules
• The candidates should have demonstrated experience designing, testing, and modifying processes and workflows within Salesforce CRM and Marketing Cloud, ensuring adherence to industry standards and testability and experience developing, optimizing, and supporting database servers, including but not limited to MS SQL and MySQL
• The candidates should have experience coding highly complex queries for MS SQL and experience developing technical application implementation plans
• The candidates should have experience maintaining and troubleshooting database and web servers and extensive experience as a Network and Systems Administrator, managing and troubleshooting complex network architectures and physical or virtual servers using VMware
• The candidates should have excellent communication skills (both oral and written), including strong presentation and graphical communication abilities
• The candidates should be highly proficient in managing and creating user access roles within Salesforce CRM and Marketing Cloud environments and an understanding of AURA and APEX programming languages
• The candidates should have an understanding of LWC and how they are used and deployed within a Salesforce environment

Responsibilities:

• The candidates should be able to analyze, recommend, and design highly complex software architecture to support current and future applications
• The candidates should be able to reconcile business requirements with information architecture needs for highly complex system integration
• The candidates should be able to check that security authorization meets University guidelines and project requirements
• The candidates should be able to create user documentation and training plans for new processes, workflows, and enhancements deployed within the CRM or Marketing Cloud platforms
• The candidates should be able to analyze programming solutions to ensure compliance with best practices and industry standards
• The candidates should be able to lead and plan IT projects, including technical application implementation plans and troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly and efficiently
