Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates should have completed the Canadian Securities Course (CSC)
Experience: Candidates should have 4 to 6 years of outbound sales experience and be comfortable earning 100% commission

Other Requirements:

  • The candidates should have be willing to complete it prior to the start date and a passion for financial planning and a keen interest in portfolio management
  • The candidates should have strong relationship-building skills and an ability to connect with all types of individuals
  • The candidates should have experience in a direct marketing role, financial services, and demonstrated success in high-value sales and business development, regardless of industry or discipline
  • The candidates should have completed the Conduct and Practices Handbook (CPH), Personal Financial Planner (PFP), Chartered Investment Manager (CIM), and Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA)

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to lean on RBC Dominion Securities’ strong brand and reputation to build a client base of high-net-worth individuals, families, and business owners and manage their complex financial
  • The candidates should be able to leverage RBC’s extensive investment and wealth management resources to create customized portfolios and wealth plans for clients
  • The candidates should be able to foster trusted, often multi-generational, long-term relationships using personalized service and advice
  • The candidates should be able to establish and maintain reciprocal relationships with RBC partners such as Personal and Commercial Banking and Insurance to ensure clients are supported in all aspects of their financial lives
