Supervision: 5-10 people

Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience although having experience is an asset
Service experience: Trucking

Candidate Status:

Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada

Responsibilities:

The candidates should be able to plan and organize operational logistics of the organization, co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments, and arrange for maintenance and repair work
The candidates should be able to ensure accuracy of completed time sheets, payroll and other summaries, maintain work records and logs, and train workers in duties and policies
The candidates should be able to dispatch personnel according to schedules and work orders, dispatch personnel as required by emergency situations, and have knowledge of cross border dispatching regulations and practices
The candidates should be able to record mileage, fuel use, repairs and other expenses
