Salary: $15.60 to $17.00 hourly (To be negotiated) for 35 to 40 hours per week
Employment Type: Permanent employment Full time
Location: Labrador City, NL
Shifts: Day, Evening, Night, Weekend
Requirements:
Languages:Â Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualification such as degree, certificate or diploma
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 2 years to less than 3 years
Credentials:Â Bartender Certification and Bartender/Mixology Certification Course
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should be focused on clients, excellent in oral communication, and organized
- The candidates should be reliable, a team player, and positive in attitude
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to clean the bar area and wash glassware and serve food or snacks
- The candidates should be able to clean the draft beer system and advise on wine selection and provide recommendations on drink selections
- The candidates should be able to collect cash, credit/debit cards or other payment for beverages and operate the cash register and operate the video lottery terminal
- The candidates should be able to order bar stock and maintain inventory and control of bar stock and enforce provincial/territorial liquor legislation and regulations
- The candidates should be able to prepare mixed drinks, wine, draft or bottled beer and non-alcoholic beverages and take beverage orders from serving staff or directly from patrons
