Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates should have Certificate in Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or a closely related field
Experience: Candidates should have six (6) months of experience

Other Requirements:

  • The candidates should have knowledge of and/or the ability to acquire and apply knowledge of desktop computer hardware, software, and operating systems, networks, and server hardware, software, and operating systems
  • The candidates should have knowledge of a wide variety of software, including Microsoft Office Suite, email and Internet browsers
  • The candidates should have knowledge of office equipment (telephone, fax machines, and photocopiers)
  • The candidates should have knowledge of maintenance of audio/visual, video-conferencing, and other media equipment

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to interact professionally with the students and staff, and be fully aware of the need to create a positive working relationship in providing high-level help desk support
  • The candidates should be able to work closely with other IT Technicians and IT Analysts to escalate incidents and resolve technical issues

Benefits:

  • The candidates will get an annual Northern Allowance of $3,700
