Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualification such as degree, certificate or diploma
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience, training will be provided

Candidate Status:

Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position

Responsibilities:

The candidates should be able to sweep, mop, scrub and wax hallways, floors and stairs, operate industrial vacuum cleaners to remove scraps, dirt, heavy debris and other refuse, and empty trash cans and other waste containers
The candidates should be able to wash windows, interior walls and ceilings, make adjustments and minor repairs to heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing and electrical systems, and contact tradespersons for major repairs
The candidates should be able to perform minor repairs on appliances, perform safety and security checks, and supervise other workers
The candidates should be able to perform other routine maintenance jobs such as painting and drywall repair, clean and disinfect bathrooms and fixtures, and work with minimal supervision
The candidates should be able to clean snow and ice from walkways and parking areas
