Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience although having experience is an asset

Other Requirements:

The candidates should be dedicated to client focus and possess efficient interpersonal skills

Responsibilities:

The candidates should be able to bring clean dishes, flatware, and other items to serving areas, set tables, and carry/replace linen
The candidates should be able to clean and sanitize items such as dishwasher mats, carts, and waste disposal units, as well as clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs.
The candidates should be able to load buspans and trays, operate dishwashers, and place dishes in the storage area
The candidates should be able to replenish condiments and supplies at tables, sanitize/wash dishes by hand, scour pots and pans, and keep records of food quantities used
The candidates should be able to package take-out food, portion and wrap foods, and prepare, heat, and finish simple food items
The candidates should be able to serve customers at counters or buffet tables, stock refrigerators and salad bars, and take customers’ orders
The candidates should be able to use manual and electrical appliances for cleaning, peeling, slicing, and trimming foodstuffs
The candidates should be able to clean and sanitize the kitchen, including work surfaces, cupboards, storage areas, appliances, and equipment
The candidates should be able to handle and store cleaning products, receive/unpack/store supplies, remove kitchen garbage/trash, and sharpen kitchen knives
The candidates should be able to sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors, and wash, peel, and cut vegetables and fruit
