Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to clean and sanitize items such as dishwasher mats, carts, and waste disposal units to maintain hygiene standards, sanitize and wash dishes and other items by hand, ensuring cleanliness and hygiene, and package take-out food securely and hygienically
- The candidates should be able to clean and sanitize the kitchen, including work surfaces, cupboards, storage areas, appliances, and equipment, to prevent contamination, handle and store cleaning products safely and appropriately to ensure workplace safety, and receive, unpack, and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards, and other storage areas with care and organization
- The candidates should be able to remove kitchen garbage and trash regularly to maintain cleanliness and hygiene, sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors to maintain a clean and presentable environment, and wash, peel, and cut vegetables and fruit according to established procedures and standards
