Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education:Â Candidates should have completion of post-secondary education in Labour Relations, Industrial Relations or Human Resources Management, with a preference for labour law
Experience: Candidates should have experience in the development of labour relations policies or contributing to projects or work that have significant labour relations impacts
Physical Requirements:

Other Requirements:

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to provide labour relations leadership and expertise for the development and administration of employee relations for the Yukon government
- The candidates should be able to manage the collective bargaining processes and support departments in employee relations matters
- The candidates should be able to provide advice and recommendations to departmental Human Resources staff and all levels of supervisory personnel on challenging employee relations matters
- The candidates should be able to work closely with colleagues within the Public Service Commission
- The candidates should be able to provide interpretation and advice on Yukon government’s two collective agreements and human resources policies
- The candidates should be able to manage the resolution of grievances, human rights complaints, and employment-related litigation
- The candidates should be able to participate in various labour relations-focused projects and working groups
