Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualifications
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience, training will be provided

Physical Requirements:

The candidates should be a team player

Candidate Status:

Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada

Responsibilities:

The candidates should be able to clean crops, perform clipping, conduct greenhouse cleaning, and harvest seedlings
The candidates should be able to mix fertilizer, plant, cultivate, and irrigate crops, and perform seed cutting
The candidates should be able to engage in vegetable culling, fertilize and spray crops, and harvest crops
The candidates should be able to write daily basic progress reports, perform general farm duties, and maintain quality control and production records
The candidates should be able to maintain work records and logs, hire and train staff, develop work schedules and establish procedures, and provide agricultural crop services such as plowing, irrigating, cultivating, spraying, or harvesting
The candidates should be able to ensure farm safety and bio-security procedures are followed
