Requirements:
Languages:Â Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualifications
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 7 months to less than 1 year
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be comfortable working outdoors in wet/damp, noisy, dusty, and hot conditions
- The candidates should be experienced in a fast-paced environment and capable of working under pressure to meet tight deadlines
- The candidates should be familiar with repetitive tasks and be able to handle heavy loads, possessing physical strength and endurance for physically demanding tasks
- The candidates should demonstrate hand-eye coordination and the ability to distinguish between colors
- The candidates should be comfortable with activities such as sitting, a combination of sitting, standing, and walking, standing for extended periods, walking, and bending, crouching, kneeling
- The candidates should be willing and able to work overtime as required

- The candidates should possess efficient interpersonal skills and demonstrate flexibility in their work approach
- The candidates should exercise good judgment in their decision-making and be organized in their work methods
- The candidates should be a team player
Candidate Status:
- Canadian citizens and permanent or temporary foreign workers of Canada are eligible for this position

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to plant, cultivate, and irrigate crops
- The candidates should be able to perform stone and/or wood picking, fertilize, and spray crops
- The candidates should be able to harvest crops
