A-1 Trusses Ltd. based in Surrey, BC is inviting applications from suitable candidates for the position of Labourer, General-Manufacturing. A-1 Trusses Ltd. is known to build wood trusses for contractors and residents of the Vancouver Lower Mainland area. Our company is one of the oldest truss companies serving the region. We are known to pride on a strong work ethic and always put our clients’ needs first. Our company is known to offer the clients top quality wood trusses at competitive rates. We hire a foreign worker to fill labour or skills shortages on a temporary basis. The candidate who will get selected for the vacancy will be required to start the work as soon as possible. This position of Labourer, General-Manufacturing is approved by LMIA.

Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language.
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualification such as a high school, bachelor’s degree, a certificate, or a diploma
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience although having experience is an asset, although training will be provided to the candidates

Responsibilities:
- The candidate should be able to sort, pack, crate and package materials and products
- The candidate should be able to perform other labouring and elemental activities
- The candidate should be able to clean machines and immediate work areas
- The candidate should be able to assist machine operators, assemblers and other workers
- The candidate should be able to transport raw materials, finished products and equipment throughout plant manually or using powered equipment
