Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 2 years
Area of specialization: Plant knowledge and identification, Residential
Landscaping experience : Residential projects
Own tools/equipment: Steel-toed safety boots, Gloves, Ear plugs
Security and safety: Driving record check (abstract)

Physical Requirements:

• The candidates should be comfortable working outdoors
• The candidates should have a keen attention to detail, ensuring precision in their work
• The candidates should be experienced in handling heavy loads, showcasing physical capability for strenuous tasks
• The candidates should possess manual dexterity for various tasks, demonstrating skill in various activities
• The candidates should have the ability to distinguish between colors, a crucial skill for specific tasks
• The candidates should be capable of standing for extended periods, and comfortable with bending, crouching, and kneeling as needed

Responsibilities:

• The candidates should be able to water and tend to plants, lawns, and/or gardens, ensuring their proper care and maintenance
• The candidates should be able to direct crews maintaining the health and appearance of golf courses and their surrounding landscapes, overseeing landscaping activities
• The candidates should be able to plant and maintain private and public lawns and gardens, contributing to the overall aesthetic and health of outdoor spaces
