Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be able to work in a fast-paced environment, work under pressure, meet tight deadlines
- The candidates should be able to perform repetitive tasks, handle heavy loads, and work in physically demanding conditions
- The candidates should be able to use manual dexterity, pay attention to detail, and demonstrate hand-eye coordination
- The candidates should be able to bend, crouch, and kneel

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to weed, prune and trim trees and plants, cut grass, rake and collect refuse
- The candidates should be able to remove litter and garbage, cart and spread topsoil and other materials, lay sod or seed
- The candidates should be able to plant bulbs, flowers, shrubs and trees, apply fertilizers, repair and maintain equipment
- The candidates should be able to water and tend to plants, lawns and/or gardens, operate and maintain landscape maintenance equipment, shovel ice and snow from track switch boxes
- The candidates should be able to plan, organize and direct administrative services such as signage, cleaning, maintenance, parking, safety inspections, security and snow removal
- The candidates should be able to perform snow maintenance operations including handling snowmaking and snow removal equipment
