Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates should have completion of a two-year diploma in a related field such as a Legal Assistant and Paralegal
Experience: Candidates should have plus a minimum of one year of progressively responsible

Other Requirements:

  • The candidates should have related experience, such as Legal Assistant or Office Administration, working in a legal administrative role within an office setting
  • The candidates should have 1 year of education for 1 year of experience or 1 year of experience for 1 year of education 1 year of Legal Assistant certificate plus 2 years of Legal Assistant work experience
  • The candidates should have experience working with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Adobe
  • The candidates should outline their experience as it relates to the qualifications in detail in the cover letter
  • The candidates should include a cover letter briefly outlining their criminal law experience in addition to their resume
  • The candidates should have experience working with JOIN and/or PRISM and Criminal e-file (Search Programs)
  • The candidates should have experience working in any legal environment specializing in Criminal law

  • The candidates should be able to demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
