Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates should have completion of completed an accredited practical nurse education program
Experience: Candidates should have considerable experience in the relevant field

Other Requirements:

  • The candidates should have ensuring a strong foundational knowledge and skill set for nursing practice
  • The candidates should hold an active registration or be eligible for a practice permit with the College of Licensed Practical Nurses of Alberta (CLPNA), demonstrating compliance with provincial regulatory standards
  • The candidates should possess a current Basic Cardiac Life Support – Health Care Provider (BCLS-HCP) certification, ensuring preparedness for emergency situations in healthcare settings
