Requirements:
Languages:Â Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such College/CEGEP
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 2 years to less than 3 years
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should thrive in a fast-paced environment and be able to work effectively under pressure and accustomed to repetitive tasks and be physically capable of handling demanding work
- The candidates should possess manual dexterity for various tasks and demonstrate a high level of attention to detail and ability to distinguish between colors and have sound discrimination abilities
- The candidates should be adaptable to a combination of sitting, standing, and walking tasks and be able to stand for extended periods
- The candidates should be prepared for a large caseload, and overtime may be required for this position
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
- If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to administer medication and observe and document therapeutic effects
- The candidates should take vital signs, apply aseptic techniques, including sterile dressing, ensure infection control, monitor nutritional intake, and conduct specimen collection
- The candidates should provide nursing services, within the defined scope of practice, to patients based on patient assessment and care planning procedures
- The candidates should monitor patients’ progress, evaluate the effectiveness of nursing interventions, and consult with appropriate members of the healthcare team
