Salary: $35,000 annually for 40 to 50 hours per week + 100% commission per piece Minimum wage is guaranteed
Employment Type: Permanent employment Full time – On the road job
Location: Richmond Hill, ON
Shifts: Day, Evening, Night, Weekend, Flexible Hours, Early Morning
Transportation information: Own vehicle and valid driver’s licence
Work setting: Work in employer’s/client’s home, various locations, on-site customer service
Supervision: No supervision responsibility
Requirements:
Languages:Â Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 2 years
Insurance experience: Property/casualty insurance, individual insurance, group insurance, automobile insurance, fire insurance, health insurance, and life insurance products
Own tools/equipment: Computer, printer, internet access, and cellular phone
Credentials: Life Licence Qualification Program (LLQP)
Security and safety: Bondable and criminal record check
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
- The candidates should have a strong attention to detail and be able to adapt to a combination of sitting, standing, and walking
- The candidates should be able to work effectively under pressure
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should be client-focused with efficient interpersonal skills

Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to establish client insurance coverage and provide information concerning group and individual insurance packages, the range of risk coverage, benefits paid, and other policy features
- The candidates should be able to sell automobile, fire, health, life, property, marine, aircraft, and other types of insurance
