Requirements:

Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be capable of working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and be adept at efficiently handling repetitive tasks
- The candidates should be physically fit to meet the demands of a physically demanding job and have a meticulous attention to detail
- The candidates should be comfortable with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking, and able to stand for extended periods
- The candidates should be familiar and comfortable with tasks involving bending, crouching, and kneeling

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors and dust furniture
- The candidates should be able to vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture and clean, disinfect, and polish kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances
- The candidates should be able to clean and disinfect elevators, pick up debris, and empty trash containers
- The candidates should be able to perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties
