Work setting: Apartment/condominium complex, Urban area, Office building, Commercial building, Private residence, and Recreational facility/institution
Requirements:
Languages:Â Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 7 months
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, handle repetitive tasks, and work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
- The candidates should be capable of handling heavy loads and performing physically demanding tasks that may require bending, crouching, kneeling, and standing for extended periods
- The candidates should be comfortable with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking throughout their work shifts
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should be able to demonstrate client focus, dependability, and efficient interpersonal skills while maintaining excellent oral and written communication
- The candidates should possess flexibility, initiative, and reliability, as well as the ability to work effectively as part of a team while upholding values and ethics
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors, dust furniture, and vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture
- The candidates should be able to clean, disinfect, and polish kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances, handle and report lost and found items, and provide basic information on facilities
- The candidates should be able to pick up debris and empty trash containers, wash windows, walls, and ceilings, and address customers’ complaints or concerns
