Placides Household based in Abbotsford, BC is inviting applications from suitable candidates for the position of Live-in caregiver. Placides Household is renowned for offering outstanding services to the staff. We provide all of our staff with basic amenities and care; we are a house of collaboration. Our facilities and services are intended to assist staff members in regaining and maintaining a certain degree of independence. The candidates selected for the vacancy will be required to start the work as soon as possible.

Target audience: School age (6 – 12 years)
Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualification such as degree, certificate or diploma
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience although having experience is an asset
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should be dependable
- The candidates should be reliable
- The candidates should have patience
Candidate Status:
- Canadian citizens and permanent or temporary foreign workers of Canada are eligible for this position
- International Candidates who don’t have a valid Canadian work permit also can apply
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to assist clients with bathing and other aspects of personal hygiene
- The candidates should be able to perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties
- The candidates should be able to provide companionship
- The candidates should be able to provide personal care
- The candidates should be able to prepare and serve nutritious meals
