Target audience: Supervise and care for multi-aged group of children
Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualification such as degree, certificate or diploma
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 2 years to less than 3 years
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be able to manage physically demanding tasks and be attentive to detail
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should demonstrate initiative, be organized, reliable, and a team player
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
- If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to assume full responsibility for the household in the absence of parents, perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties, and wash, iron, and press clothing and household linens
- The candidates should be able to travel with the family on trips and assist with child supervision and housekeeping duties, bathe, dress, and feed infants and children, and discipline children according to the methods requested by the parents
- The candidates should be able to instruct children in personal hygiene and social development, keep records of daily activities and health information regarding children, and maintain a safe and healthy environment in the home
- The candidates should be able to organize activities such as games and outings for children, prepare and serve nutritious meals, and prepare infants and children for rest periods
- The candidates should be able to supervise and care for children, take children to and from school and appointments, and tend to the emotional well-being of children
