Target audience: Persons With Alzheimer’s Disease, Elderly, and Males

Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualification such as degree, certificate or diploma
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience, training will be provided
Security and safety: Criminal Record Check, Basic Security Clearance, and Reference Required

Physical Requirements:

• The candidates should be able to bend, crouch, and kneel and perform a combination of sitting, standing, and walking
• The candidates should be able to lift between 45 and 60 kg (100-132 lbs)

Other Requirements:

• The candidates should be client-focused, dependable, and have efficient interpersonal skills
• The candidates should have good judgment and be organized
• The candidates should be reliable, patient, and honest

Responsibilities:

• The candidates should be able to assist clients with bathing and other aspects of personal hygiene and feed or assist in feeding
• The candidates should be able to launder clothing and household linens and perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties
• The candidates should be able to provide companionship and provide personal care
• The candidates should be able to prepare and serve nutritious meals and cook
• The candidates should be able to bathe, dress, and groom patients

Candidate Status:

• Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
• Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
