Work setting: Work in employer’s/client’s home and Employer’s home
Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 7 months
Credentials: Health Care Aide Certificate

- The candidates should prioritize punctuality and possess efficient interpersonal skills
- The candidates should have dependability and they should exhibit excellent oral communication abilities
- The candidates should display flexibility and exercise good judgment
- The candidates should be organized, and reliability is a crucial characteristic expected from candidates
Candidate Status:
- Canadian citizens and permanent or temporary foreign workers of Canada are eligible for this position
- International Candidates who don’t have a valid Canadian work permit also can apply
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to administer bedside and personal care, administer medications, and assist clients with bathing and other aspects of personal hygiene
- The candidates should be able to assist in regular exercise, e.g., walking, change non-sterile dressings, and feed or assist in feeding
- The candidates should be able to perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties, provide companionship, and provide personal care
- The candidates should be able to shop for food and household supplies
